We advise on all employment and Labour Relations aspects including, negotiating and drafting employment contracts, Human Resources Policies and Procedures. We also advice on employment and labour relations issues including redundancy/restructuring, disciplinary proceedings, workplace health and safety.
Our litigation team represents employers and employees in negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements and in grievance proceedings before the appropriate Subordinate Courts, the Employment and Labour Relations Court and Court of Appeal, both at trial and on appeal
