Mark is a Consultant with the Firm. He consults on matters relating to corporate commercial litigation including complex tax disputes, contractual disputes and commercial arbitrations.

With a keen interest in employment law he has skillfully represented individual and corporate clients before numerous mediation and arbitration panels and also at the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya.
